Electroacupuncture, or Estim
Estim is the use of a mild electric current to stimulate acupuncture needles. This therapy is especially useful to treat pain relief and is very mild and effective. The sensation of estim ranges from a gentle tingling to a tapping and should not feel painful or unpleasant.
